CeramiCoat Roofing and Final Coat Roofing products are compliant with the California Cool Roof Rating Council and tested to ASTM Standards.

CeramiCoat Roofing is a high solids, elastomeric, acrylic coating. It combines elastomeric acrylic resin, laminar pigments, and non migrating fire retardants for superior durability, weatherproofing, ultraviolet resistance, and fire resistance. CeramiCoat Roofing is a permanently flexible, breathing membrane impervious to water penetration. It also has the added reflective and insulation values of the added ceramic beads. CeramiCoat Roofing is designed to to be used over our Cover Coat and BC 70/30 primers.

Final Coat is a high solids, elastomeric, acrylic coating. It combines elastomeric acrylic resin, laminar pigments, and non migrating fire retardants for superior durability, weatherproofing, ultraviolet resistance, and fire resistance. Final Coat is a permanently flexible, breathing membrane impervious to water penetration. Final Coat is designed to be used over our Cover Coat and BC 70/30 Primers.

Cover Coat Primer is a high solids 100% styrene acrylic elastomeric coating. It combines an extremely long lasting high performance polymer resin with the highest grade sealing and bonding additives to assist in a tight seal of the porosity of various materials, such as:

* Plywood and Concrete * Urethane Foam * Shingles, wood or asphalt * Built up Roofing

* Mineral Roll Roofing * Sheet Metal Roofing * Tar & Gravel * Brie Rubberized

 

 BC 70/30 Elastomeric Roof Primer forms a durable water proof membrane that remains flexible for years. BC 70/30 Elastomeric Roof Primer is highly recommended as a water proof base coat for most roof substrates, such as:

* Plywood and Concrete * Shingles - Wood or Asphalt

Built up Roofing * Mineral Roll Roofing * Sheet Metal Roofing * Tar & Gravel * Brie Rubberized

    
Tie-Tex is one of the strongest and most versatile materials available for use as reinforcement in cold process roofing. This product uses a parallel fiber structure which allows roof coatings to quickly wet out and totally saturate. Tie-Tex is a soft polyester mat that will conform to embedded gravel as well as standing seam metal roofs and is used on a variety of other substrates:

Sun Flex Caulking is a heavy bodied emulsion type, gun grade elastomeric with a high build waterproof sealant. Sun Flex Caulking has an outstanding elongation property which allows it to contract and expand with substrates, thereby maintaining a constant seal to eliminate air infiltration that can increase energy consumption. High quality caulking remains flexible for years allowing for expansion and contraction of materials caused by temperature and moisture. Sun Flex Caulking is an ideal patching material that stays flexible to permanently stop leaks and seal mildew. Adheres to a wide range of surfaces:
