PRODUCT APPLICATION: A Synthetic Texture Coating

Product Description

Regular Texture is a synthetic coating material designed to be mixed with assorted sizes of aggregates to produce a durable exterior texture finish. The air cured hardening process will exhibit a strong bond while providing a hard washable protective surface. This product can be tinted to any color to provide surface color and texture over any approved substrate. Regular Texture can be used over a variety of substrates:

* Concrete * Plywood * Stucco * Block

Advantages

Complete weatherproofing. Withstands wind, driven rain, salt spray, and water. Tenacious adhesion, will not blister if applied properly.  Resistant to UV degradation.  Resists mechanical stress.  Forms a continuous, seamless membrane - Low maintenance, easy to clean and repair. Vapor permeable membrane - allows moisture to escape.  Water soluble, cleans up with water. Flexible coating will bridge hairline cracks.

Packaging and Mixing

Regular Texture is packaged in a 5 gallon pail. There are 60 lbs of material in each pail with different aggregate sizes to reach desired effects. Thoroughly mix all containers for 5 minutes before application.

Coverage

5 Gallon Pail @ 1/8* = approx. 140 sq. ft.*

*Rates will vary depending upon type, porosity, and condition of substrate and /or primer. Rates will also vary on type of aggregate used. Heavier aggregate = less square footage.

Dry Time

Film time 2 to 4 hours with firm hardness overnight. Final cure to full hardiness approximately two (2) weeks  after  under normal conditions.
