BC 70/30
An advanced formula of high grade asphalts, neoprene, and acrylic copolymers which produce an elastomeric sealer/coating. This roof coating is designed as a base coat which adheres to metal, asphalt emulsion, and wood to create a waterproof finish.

 

COVER COAT

A water based, non toxic, white elastomeric/acrylic roof coating.This coating is designed as a base coat which adheres to urethane foam, expanded polystyrene foam, wood, and metal to create a waterproof finish.


  

FINAL COAT

A high solid elastomeric/roof coating is designed to go over our base coats to create weatherproof, ultraviolet resistant, and fire resistent coating.


 

CERAMICOAT ROOFING

Acrylic/elastomeric cool roof specialty coating combined with insulating microceramic beads to provide a superior roof membrane. ASTM Tested by accredited CRRC Lab.


  

TIE - TEX POLYESTER FABRIC

A reinforcing polyester fabric that is embedded into our base coats to create a durable elastomeric cool roof system. This polyester fabric is available in 40, 20, 12, 6 and 4 inch widths.

 

SUN FLEX CAULKING - ROOF APPLICATION


A heavy bodied emulsion type, elastomeric, waterproof sealant. This caulk adheres to any clean surface and stays flexible to permanently stop leaks and mildew.

  

CERAMICOAT WALL COATING

 CeramiCoat is a fluid applied elastomeric specialty coating combined with  ceramic microspheres for unbeatable durability. This high solids content, elastomeric coating was developed with long term performance in mind. A great wall coating product for interior and exterior applications, and available in flat or gloss.


 

                             

ACRYLCOAT

Acryl-Coat is a versatile coating material formulated from pure acrylic polymers and designed for interior and exterior use. AcrylCoat is a tough and reliable paint that will provide durable, weather  resistant  surface.

 

 

SUN FLEX CAULKING

SUR CURE ELASTOMERIC SEALER

Sur-Cure is a clear (non-pigmented), weatherproof, elastomeric sealer. The small particle size of the resin copolymer in Sur-Cure promotes superior penetration of substrates above and below grade. At the same time, it improves hydration reaction which promotes a uniform cure to help seal, harden and dust proof a vast array of substrates:

WP1819

 Maintenence free, flexible, fluid elastomeric coating designed to create a seamless, weatherproof, and durable membrane.


  

Concrete - Decking

CB 60
 60% liquid dispersion of an acrylic polymer for bonding portland cement to existing concrete,ready for use right out of the bucket.

CB 100
 100% liquid dispersion of an acrylic polymer for bonding portland cement to existing concrete, needs to be reduced for typical applications.

 

CONCRETE ADD MIX - 6060
A special blend of Portland cements to compliment our polymers for decorative concrete coatings.

 

MEGACOAT
A elastomeric/acrylic paint type coating designed to go over concrete coatings, especially the kool deck patterns. Available in flat and gloss sheens and blended to make many of today's popular colors.

 

MEGA STONE SEAL
A urethayne based clear sealer designed to penetrate and seal flagstone and tile.
