Product Description  

BC 70/30 Elastomeric Roof Primer forms a durable water proof membrane that remains flexible for years. BC 70/30 Elastomeric Roof Primer is highly recommended as a water proof base coat for most roof substrates, such as:

Packaging and Mixing

BC 70/30 Elastomeric Roof Primer is packaged ready out of the pail. DO NOT dilute.  BC 70/30 Elastomeric Roof Primer exhibits a gray color which makes it easier to see when applying Final Coat as part of the roofing system. Thoroughly mix all containers for 5 minutes before application.
