DISTRIBUTION AND DEALERSHIP INFORMATION

Advanced Coatings and Beyond, an authorized Distributor & Wholesaler of quality products is considering Distributor or Dealerships for qualified businesses, contractors or individuals within the following categories:

Dealership

Dealerships are provided to qualified persons or entities interested in providing Green, Energy Saving Products relating to Home Improvement and currently operate a successful Independent Paint, Hardware or Insulation Business or properly Licensed Painting and Waterproofing Contractors. Dealership Agreements offer potential for growth with no inventory requirements. However, Dealer Agreement Contracts are renewed based upon performance and growth.

Exclusive Territory/County Distributor

Exclusive Territory Distributorships are offer to qualified licensed persons or entities interested in providing Green, Energy Saving Products to Local City Governments, Schools Districts, Independent Paint Dealers, Licensed Contractors, Industrial, Commercial and Property Management Businesses as well as the individual Homeowner within the territory. Dealerships are assigned to Territory Distribution Agreements and are renewed based upon performance and growth.

State Distributor

State Distributorships are offered to qualified licensed persons or entities interested in providing Green, Energy Saving Products to Local State Agencies, City Governments, Schools Districts, Independent Paint Dealers, Licensed Contractors, Industrial, Commercial and Property Management Businesses as well as the individual Homeowner within the territory.

Dealerships and/or Territory Distributors are assigned to State Distributors have the ability to offer Territory and Dealership Agreements within their State on an approved basis.

 National Distributor

Available to properly licensed and qualified businesses or entities established Nation Wide and wish to provide Green, Energy Saving Products under their Licensed label and/or Trademark.

National Distributors are limited to distribution of products, under trademark label to stores, businesses and direct subsidiaries authorized in the resale of specific trademark products.

International Distributor

Available to qualified foreign entities properly qualified to import/export products with the correct licensing and subject to all regulations specific to importing/exporting.
