PROPDUCT APPLICATION: White Elastomeric Roof Coating.  ASTM C1549 Solar Reflectance and ASTM C1371 Thermal Emittance tested. CRRC Compliant.  Energy Saving Cool Roof System. Final Coat Roofing is a high solid elastomeric acrylic coating. It combines elastomeric acrylic resins, laminar pigments and non migrating fire retardants for superior durability. Permanently flexible breathing membrance that is impervious to water penetration.  Do not apply below 40 degrees F or high humidity.  Apply when there is no threat of rain, dew or frost.

Product Description

Final Coat is a high solids, elastomeric, acrylic coating. It combines elastomeric acrylic resin, laminar pigments, and non migrating fire retardants for superior durability, weatherproofing, ultraviolet resistance, and fire resistance. Final Coat is a permanently flexible, breathing membrane impervious to water penetration. Final Coat is designed to be used over our Cover Coat and BC 70/30 Primers. This elastomeric roofing system can be used over a variety of substrates:

* Urethane Foam * Plywood and Concrete * Built up Roofing * Mineral Roll Roofing

* Sheet Metal Roofing * Tar & Gravel * Brie Rubberized

Advantages

 Complete weatherproofing system. With stands wind, driven rain, salt spray, and pounding water. Highly reflective coating for 50 to 80 degree F cooler rooftop temperatures.  Minimizes heat gain and cuts cooling energy costs. Resistant to UV degradation.  Light weight material that minimizes structural requirements in new construction and may eliminate unnecessary roof tear offs to achieve another 10 year warranty roof. Forms a continuous seamless membrane that requires very little maintenance.

Packaging and Mixing

Final Coat is packaged ready to go out of the pail. DO NOT dilute.  Final Coat exhibits a white, reflective color, but additional custom colored top coatings are available. Thoroughly mix all containers for 5 minutes before application.  Available in the following container sizes:
