PRODUCT APPLICATION: White Elastomeric Roof Primer. Cover Coat is a high solids 100 percent styrene acrylic elastomeric coating. Do not apply in temperatures below 40 degrees F or in high humidity conditions. Apply Cover Coat when there is threat of rain, dew or frost.

Product Description

Cover Coat is a high solids 100% styrene acrylic elastomeric coating. It combines an extremely long lasting high performance polymer resin with the highest grade sealing and bonding additives to assist in a tight seal of the porosity of various materials, such as:

* Plywood and Concrete * Urethane Foam * Shingles, wood or asphalt * Built up Roofing

* Mineral Roll Roofing * Sheet Metal Roofing * Tar & Gravel * Brie Rubberized

Advantages

Complete weatherproofing. With stands wind, driven rain, salt spray, and pounding water. Tenacious adhesion . Bonds top coat and roof substrate. Very economical requiring less material.  Easy to apply by brush, roll or spray.  Water based and environmentally friendly. UV Resistant. Forms a continuous, seamless, breathable membrane. Easy Clean up with soap and water.

Packaging and Mixing

Cover Coat is packaged ready to go out of the pail, do not dilute. Cover Coat exhibits a white color, which makes it highly reflective when topped with Final Coat. Thoroughly mix all containers for 5 minutes before application.
