PRODUCT APPLICATION: White Elastomeric Roof Coating with Ceramic Bead. ASTM C1549 Solar Reflectance and ASTM C1371 Thermal Emittance tested. CRRC Compliant.  Energy Saving Roof Coating System. Applied directly to existing roof structure to eliminate roof tear-offs, thereby reducing roofing debris to landfills. Exhibits 263% elongation and provides a seamless membrane so there are no points of entry for water or wind. Non-Toxic water based material prevents moisture penetration and allows membrane to breathe.  Reduces stress on HVAC Equipment by reducing the operating time required to maintain climate control of interior spacing. Helps the environment reduce Urban Heat Islands.

Product Description

CeramiCoat Roofing is a high solids, elastomeric, acrylic coating. It combines elastomeric acrylic resin, laminar pigments, and non migrating fire retardants for superior durability, weatherproofing, ultraviolet resistance, and fire resistance. CeramiCoat Roofing is a permanently flexible, breathing membrane impervious to water penetration. It also has the added reflective and insulation values of the added ceramic beads. CeramiCoat Roofing is designed to to be used over our Cover Coat and BC 70/30 primers. These roofing systems can be used over a variety of substrates:

Advantages

Provides  a complete weatherproofing system.  With stands high wind, driven rain, salt spray and pounding water.  Highly reflective for cool rooftop temperatures, minimizes heat gain and cuts cooling energy costs. Packaging and Mixing

CeramiCoat Roofing is packaged ready to go out of the pail, do not dilute. Also, CeramiCoat Roofing exhibits a white, reflective color, but additional colored top coatings are custom available. This single component material is available in 5 gal. pails and 55 gal. drums. Thoroughly mix all containers for 5 minutes before application.
