CeramiCoat is a fluid applied elastomeric paint type coating combined with ceramic spheres for unbeatable durability. This high solids elastomeric coating was developed with long term performance in mind. It is a great wall coating product for interior and exterior applications, and available in flat or gloss finish.  

Advantages

CeramiCoat provides a lasting, maintenance free, flexible coating. This coating is designed to provide a waterproof, continuous, seamless, durable, weather resistant membrane. CeramiCoat is a breathable membrane which allows moisture to escape. It is uniform in color and resists discoloration due to exposure sunlight and weathering. CeramiCoat is available in standard colors with color matching available.

Coverage

Approximately 150 sq ft per gallon when applied as directed. Normally requires two coats to finish.

What is Ceramic Microsphere Paint?

Ceramic microspheres were invented as an outgrowth from the manufacture of solid ceramic beads. Because the microspheres are made of ceramic, they provide the additional benefits of high heat and chemical resistance. Ceramic microspheres are tiny hollow spheres several times smaller than the width of a single strand of human hair. They are used in paint formulations to increase solids, enhance properties and improve process ability. Unlike the more commonly used irregular-shaped fillers, such as calcium carbonate, the spherical shape of ceramic microspheres allows them to roll evenly over one another, much like ball bearings. This effect, combined with the intrinsic hardness of ceramics, is what provides ceramic microspheres so many useful properties in paints and coatings. This insulating ceramic layer provides multiple benefits of Fire Resistance, UV Protection, Superior Mildew Resistance, Corrosion Resistance, Waterproofing and helps protect the environment with low Volatile Organic Content - VOC's.

Do Ceramic Paint Coatings Really Work?
